Heather Williams

Heather Williams is a senior medical physicist at the Manchester Royal Infirmary. She works in nuclear medicine imaging, a non invasive and painless way of diagnosing diseases such as cancer.

Heather is developing imaging technologies through research into new scanning techniques. One of the best parts of her job is seeing the impact that her work has on her patients.
